Evening and Weekend GP & Nurse Appointments


The locality GP service is a collaborative project between 12 GP practices in the Kilburn locality.  The aim is to provide additional access for GP appointments when our practice is closed or fully booked.Please see appointment tab above or call the reception team.

London Ambulance Service

We are pleased to announce that we are a London Ambulance Service (LAS) accredited defibrillator site. 



 Closed circuit television (CCTV) has now been installed at the Practice for the purposes of staff, patient and premises security. For more information please see  link opposite.

Important notice for walk-in same day morning appointments

Morning Patients  need to come into the surgery between 8.45am-10am and will be given a same day morning appointment to see the duty doctor or nurse practitioner on a first come first served basis.Those patients unable to get a face to face consultation will be offered a telephone consultation.

If you are over 65 or under 10 or have a medical condition which means you are unable to queue in the morning please call at 8.45 for an appointment.

Please be aware these appointments are given on a first come first served basis. On occasions it may be necessary to limit the number of patients seen in the morning i.e. staff training or staff illness.

Patients will have a choice of returning back before their approximate appointment time.

We believe this creates a very accessible service for our patients.
